- Great neighbors; kind, quiet (you can hear the folks behind us, but they aren't loud) and attentive; whether the dog gets out or the kids get locked out, they're always on it....this said, the hedge is a nice privacy wall.
- The property across the street is currently vacant, but even when it isn't, that parcel can't be developed and the house is a ways up that private driveway
- Great view from the top of the yard, an excellent place to enjoy the sunset
- Public transportation at the triangle just below the house on Glen Arbor. The school bus stop is just up the street.
